MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR : MR. PADMAKAR N. MANE
Youth is the most valuable stage of one’s life. With the body in its best of health, brain at its peak of inquisitiveness, future with its abundant opportunities, with family commitments almost non-existent and support from others at its highest level, this is the phase of life that one should never miss out – as it will never come back again !
Youth is also the period when the human being is most energetic and can take more risks as plenty of time is ahead to recoup any losses that would have resulted from the risks one has undertaken.
Youth is the period when sympathies from others flow in abundance and expectations of success also build up in the minds of the near and dear ones.
The educational institution plays a major role in the channelization of the thoughts and actions of the youth who study in its campus. We at RADAV consider it as our prime responsibility to provide the right counseling and guidance to our students at this critical phase of life.
We constantly monitor the systems and processes adopted by our college to ensure that they are student- friendly and student-centric. We give due importance to the holistic development of each student by organizing workshops, seminars, field visits, industrial visits, sports activities, cultural events, counseling sessions, placement drives, mentoring activities, community service, blood donation camps, health check-ups, research conferences, celebration of national events, etc. The students are also enrolled for online courses offered by national institutions such as Swayam. Skill development courses sponsored by the state and central governments as well NGOs are also offered throughout the year.
We endeavor to provide the students one of the best experiences of their life during their association with the college through a basket of quality teaching, pleasant and safe environment, exposure to the outside world, best knowledge and superior skills.
