This policy provides welfare measures for teaching and non teaching staff during employment. The policy document is prepared in consideration of different aspects for overall development and satisfactory employability to the staff.

Nature of assistance available under the policy for Teaching and Non-teaching staff
Employee provident fund
The institute shall provide EPF facility to all Full Time teaching and non-teaching
Fixed amount from salary shall be deducted every month and deposited in the EPF accounts
Sabbatical leaves will be sanctioned with full pay to the teaching staff for attending FDP/Workshops/Conferences / who have registered for / pursuing to attend the Ph.D. work
Six months Maternity Leave with Pay and 3 months Leave without pay.
